Returns Policy

Warranty

Ohana Pups offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you receive an item with a defect please get in touch with us at hello@ohanapups.com.au and we will happily replace the item or provide you with a refund.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear as a result of intended use
• Any damage caused by dog use including pulling 
• Wear as a result of improper use or care

Leather Goods

Ohana Pups leather goods will not be eligible for return. However, returns will be allowed for manufacturing defects. This does not include the normal wear of leather from use. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. If you satisfy these conditions and wish to return your item(s), please contact us at hello@ohanapups.com.au for return details. Shipping back to the Ohana Pups warehouse will be at the customer’s expense.

If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect please get in touch with us at hello@ohanapups.com.au as soon as possible with photos of the defect and we will help you with how to proceed.
