Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges if the sizing is incorrect, therefore we recommend that you take a measurement of your dogs neck before choosing a size. Use one of these handy methods:

Method 1:
Grab a tape measure and pull it snug but not tight where the collar would sit. - Allow sufficient room to slip two fingers between the collar and the dog's neck. 

Method 2:
If do you not have a tape measure, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a rigid ruler. 

Method 3:
Measure an existing collar that they are wearing from the centre of the buckle (usually this is also the beginning of the leather) to the hole they are using.
