Shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse based in Noosaville, QLD, Australia.
Delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $150. For all orders under $150:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $9
Australia Post Express (1–4 business days): $15
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the link to your tracking information. If you do not receive this email please contact: hello@ohanapups.com.au
These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly during sale periods, weather events and in the lead up to the festive season.
Delivery to New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of AUD$16 per order, shipped from Australia via Australia Post.
New Zealand orders can take 2–10 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. Please be aware that all orders are dispatched from Australia and your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on our site, are in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
International delivery is charged at a flat rate of AUD$32 per order and are shipped from Australia via Australia Post.
International orders can take 2–10 business days to arrive depending on your location.
We are unfortunately unable to ship to USA APO (Army Post Office) addresses.
